Evening Edition: Lawmakers Prepare For Annual Baseball Game
Since 1909, Democrats and Republicans, every summer, trade vote tallies for run totals in the ‘Congressional Baseball Game.’ Played at Nats Park just blocks from the Capitol, it raises millions for charity. Thousands come to attend and the lawmakers take it very seriously. It takes place next Wednesday, June 10th and it airs on FOX Sports 1.
