The United States And Iran Agree To Two Week Ceasefire, Will It stand?

The U.S. and Iran have agreed to a two-week ceasefire as both sides engage in more talks to secure a wider peace agreement. The move came after talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who urged President Trump to delay further U.S. military escalation while each side continues to negotiate. Iran has proposed a 10-point plan and shared it with President Trump, who said it represents a “workable basis on which to negotiate.”
