Senator Rick Scott (R-FL), Republican Senator from Florida, joined us on the Guy Benson Show today to discuss the ongoing DHS shutdown as Democrats hold out on funding DHS over proposed reforms to ICE. Senator Scott said that Democratic Senators “don’t care” about the safety of Americans as TSA remains unfunded, as Democrats have only attended one meeting to discuss potential solutions to ending the shutdown.
