Iowa Woman Charged in 15-Year-Old Cold Case Murder of Realtor

An Iowa woman has been indicted for the 2011 first-degree murder of 27-year-old realtor Ashley Oakland, who was shot twice while hosting an open house in a West Des Moines townhouse. Despite following thousands of leads over 15 years, investigators have not yet disclosed the specific evidence or motive that led to the arrest of 53-year-old Kristin Elizabeth Ramsey.
