Founder and Executive Director of Power The Future Daniel Turner joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to give his take on President Trump’s claim from earlier this week at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland about China selling windmills to “stupid people”.
“You know, they make a small fortune off of us because it’s an enormous transfer of wealth to buy this product. It doesn’t work. They break down. They provide the replacement parts. They bankrupt economies, right? Your economy is in worse shape. You can’t afford to manufacture because your electricity prices are so high. The German economy is in full contraction. And where are they going to move the manufacturing plan to? They’re not going to it to neighboring Belgium. They’re going to move it to China, right? They’re gonna move all their heavy manufacturing there because China will make the company an attractive deal and that’s how they get you. So it’s remarkable that it’s so simplistic but kind of like you see with BLM, kind of you see what the anti-ICE, occupy Wall Street, they always hide behind some grand notion of like, this is for justice, this is very quality, this is where the climate And it takes someone with common sense and courage to say, oh, come on, it’s not about the climate. It’s always about money.”
