Evening Edition: What Nations Have Been Invited to Join Gaza ‘Board of Peace’?
The Trump Administration has formally launched the second phase it’s plans in Gaza to end the war between Israel and Hamas this week. The next move is to shift from a ceasefire framework toward a post-ceasefire political and security phase for Gaza which includes the key issue of disarming Hamas. Another major proposition by President Trump is the establishment of a Gaza “Board of Peace” to oversee governance, reconstruction and long-term development of the enclave.
