Congress is running out of time to act as Affordable Care Act tax subsidies are set to expire at the end of the year. The move could drive up health insurance premiums for millions of Americans. Democrats pushed to extend the subsidies with a small group of House Republicans joining them. One of those Republicans, N.Y.
