Campus Reform Reporter Emily Sturge joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on how the late co-founder of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk gave a voice to so many young conservatives throughout the country and inspired them to speak up on college campuses about the values they believe in.

“I’ve gone through every single emotion about this. I’ve been in the same room as Charlie Kirk a thousand times. I was very involved with Turning Point USA. I’m living my American dream because of Charlie Kirk. I started attending those conferences when I was a 15-year-old. I learned about Campus Reform, where I work now, I learned about this organization at a Turning Point event. So, I made all of my lifelong friendships, my job. Everything that I know, everything that I love came from my experiences with Turning Point USA, came from Charlie Kirk. I’m just one example. There are thousands and thousands of young conservatives in this country who will tell you the exact same thing, that Charlie Kirk changed their lives. And I’ve been asked the question all day of what made him different. Why was it Charlie that young people look to? And it’s because he was one of us. He was a young person, he was energetic, he engaged with us, he sat down with us. He was in our friend groups, he within our circles, he made himself available to us. And we looked at him differently than we look to President Trump or any other politician, because Charlie really at the end of the day was just one of our kids.”
