Florida Republican Congresswoman Kat Cammack joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her recent first-hand experience of how President Trump’s crime crackdown in Washington D.C. is making our nation’s capital a safer place to live.
“Basically, the left is running on the pro crime agenda, right? That’s their platform. Now they’ve gone full simple jack and there’s no bringing them back from the brink. They, they need to absolutely hit rock bottom and have some serious therapy and soul searching before they’re able to write their ship. I mean. I’ll tell you, about three weeks ago, I gave birth and so getting back to work up here in DC from Florida, baby Augie was too little to fly, so my husband and I took a 16-hour train ride from Florida to D.C. And normally, when you roll into Washington with the Union Station, it’s like homeless, crackhead central. And we roll in a 6’oclock in the morning. And it was like, the train station was spotless. There was not a single homeless person in sight. We’ve been walking around the city, haven’t spotted a homeless encampment or tent. It’s remarkable. It is absolutely incredible.”
Rep. Cammack also asks your radio buddy for advice on how to get some sleep with a newborn in the home. Listen to the podcast to hear what else they discussed!
