Pope Leo XIV: The First American Pope 

Earlier today, Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost emerged from the Vatican as the first American pope. Now known as Pope Leo XIV, he is the youngest pope to be elected since John Paul II in 1978.  Kennedy discusses the significance of the event and celebrates his role in the church.
