Giant Black Woman Statue in Times Square…
There’s a giant statue of a black woman in Times Square and its artist likens it to the Statue of David…
I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.
New Yorkers and visitors alike may be taken aback to see the newest art installation erected in Times Square.
It’s a 12 foot statue of a fictional black woman..
What is its purpose, exactly?
Well, according to the Times Square website, get this, it is supposedly inspired by Michelangelo’s timeless and iconic art fixture, the Statue of David.
I kid you not. According to the artist, Thomas J Price, it was designed and then installed to “instigate meaningful connections and bind intimate emotional states that allow for deeper reflection around the human condition and greater cultural diversity.”
Hmmm. That’s a lot to ask of a generic statue of a black woman. But ok. Let’s go with that.
But the real reason is, of course, racial.
The giant black woman is also supposed to be an answer to white statues in NYC, including a WWI war hero.
The woke mob is so obsessed with race and so soaked with blatant hatred of white people, it’s now erecting black woman statues to “fix racism.”
Let’s see how that one goes!
