On Wednesday, the President issued a major change in trade policy: he’s raising tariffs on China even further while calling for a 90-day pause on his reciprocal tariffs on all other nations. On Tuesday, President Donald Trump signed executive orders to remove federal barriers that he claims undermine US coal production.
