Arizona Republican Congressman Andy Biggs joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain the reasoning behind a measure he has introduced to try and remove Judge James Boasberg without needing the approval of 2/3 of the Senate.

“That’s the problem is, in our constitutional republic, you elect representatives and you elect people to do what you think you can, because nobody has time to follow us, and not even people who are here. But I mean, the bottom line is, you’ve got a judge who was appointed years and years ago who thinks that he has lifetime employment, right? That’s what they would say, we have lifetime tenure. But there’s nothing in the Constitution that says that. In fact, Article 3, Section 1 says, you only get to serve, Mr. Judge, during good behavior, right, during good behavior. And guess who’s supposed to determine what good behavior is? The United States Congress is. We’re supposed to determine whether you’re acting in good behavior. And I say no, you’re not acting in behavior.”

Jimmy and Rep. Biggs also talk about how Democrats and certain members of the mainstream media have tried to misrepresent the mission of Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency. Listen to the podcast to hear what else they discussed!
