Former Michigan GOP gubernatorial nominee Tudor Dixon joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to discuss the encouragement she’s received since announcing earlier this month she’s seriously considering another run for statewide office in 2026 in the Wolverine State.

“I mean when we had polling come out, we saw that there were articles. It was almost instantaneous that we started getting messages from people saying, you know, we really want to see a change in our state. And I think that people have seen that I’ve been very supportive of President Trump and his campaign and his policies, and they want to have somebody that they can trust to enact what President Trump has said he finds important on the federal level. Look, let’s mirror that in the states, when you see what they’re doing with DOGE, let’s mirror that in the states. And in Michigan, I think more so than other states, the regulatory environment has become almost impossible. You saw that with Gavin Newsom. He was recently on Bill Maher’s show, and Bill was like, what the heck? I can’t even build my own roof. And he just laughs it off. But Bill Maher is making a good point. These regulations are so out of control that the manufacturing boom can’t come to Michigan if you can’t build a factory, because regulations will stop you.”

Jimmy and Tudor also talk about why Democratic lawmakers are having such a difficult time connecting with voters in this moment. Listen to the podcast to hear the full conversation!
