Florida Republican Congresswoman Kat Cammack joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on what’s actually driving the Democrats’ opposition to Elon Musk and the cuts being made by the Department of Government Efficiency.
“You could build a bingo card around the key phrases and the catch phrases that the left is using. They call it a constitutional crisis, a threat to democracy. No, it is a threat to the bureaucracy. They have never thought before, well, maybe we should, you know, take a look at if this is actually in the best interests of the country. No, it’s all these little pet projects. And, you know, even our side is guilty of this, you know, with the earmarks well, as long as it’s not impacting anything in my district, it’s fine. At some point, we ought to realize that there is a ton of money that is being spent. And the more that gets uncovered and people start finding out where their money’s actually going or not going, they’re getting pissed. And rightfully so. So I think the left’s mission has always been dependency and control, keeps people dependent on big government programs, grow the size of government so that they, the big government advocates and bureaucrats could stay in control. This is a threat to their very existence. We need disruptors. And President Trump is the original disruptor. He’s the OG. This is going to be the moment where we either put up or shut up. Because if Republicans don’t get this done now, we’ll never have another shot.”
Plus, Rep. Cammack explains to Jimmy why she’s always been skeptical about the actual mission of the Department of Education. To hear what else they talked about, listen to the podcast!
