Chris Sununu, former Governor of New Hampshire, spoke to Brian Kilmeade about how he is considering running for the open senate seat in New Hampshire next year. Sununu shared how in 2022 when he was asked about running for Senate, he had republican senators telling him, “Gov, no one cares about, so I’m doing my Lindsey Graham impersonation, because that’s the idiot that told me that no one cares about balancing budgets. No one cares about efficiency in government.” Sununu said he was a budget hawk of a state with no income or sales tax. Sununu feels his administration was DOGE before DOGE was cool and always fighting for efficiency. Sununu added, “The Senators and even Republicans didn’t want anything to do with it. I said, well, screw you. I’m not going down there to be part of it.”
