Congressman Ro Khanna (D-CA) joined Brian Kilmeade discussed his two biggest problems with Elon Musk’s DOGE cuts. Khanna pointed to the DOGE firing of veterans, believing that if you served this country you should be given thebe benefit of the doubt in terms of not being fired. Khanna agrees there is waste fraud and abuse in government but we need a rational plan, with the Trump administration and Musk working with Congress. The scond problem Khanna has with the DOGE cuts is with Social Security. Khanna says while Musk is correct there are millions in the Social Security database identified as over 100 years old, they haven’t been getting Social Security checks. Khanna has no problem with going to the American people saying it is ridiculous that in 2025 we have databases that have misidentified 20 million people. Khanna’s issue is we should not convey that somehow 20 million people are getting false checks.

Congressman Khanna also discussed his issue with Senator Schumer supporting ther GOP spending bill. Khanna says he wanted Schumer to have negotiated to get a couple more concessions from republicans.
