Judge Delivers DOGE a Victory
A judge has smacked down the Democrat’s DOGE lawfare strategy and it’s a thing of beauty!

If Democrats thought they could rely on activist judges to halt the Golden Age of President Trump, they were wrong!
In a bombshell decision delivered by an Obama-appointed judge, DOGE and Elon Musk now have the space and the authority to open the books.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled against the plaintiffs- in this case representing more than a dozen disgruntled blue states- and refused to block DOGE from accessing government data or firing federal employees.
The reason? They failed to show enough convincing evidence of harm that would be caused by DOGE accessing such material.
Now there are a number of other legal challenges in federal courts around the nation, but this ruling will no doubt send a powerful message to those looking to cover waste, fraud, and abuse!
