Evening Edition: Russia Frees U.S. Captive, Talks To End War In Ukraine

Russia has released American school teacher Marc Fogel and in return Moscow receives cybercrime boss Alexander Vinnik. Fogel’s release is followed by another American released from captivity in Belarus. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump spoke to both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and said both leaders seem to want to begin ‘immediate’ talks to end the war.

FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Daniel Hoffman, former CIA Chief of Station in Moscow and FOX News contributor, who praises the release of Fogel and says it does look as though both sides in the Ukraine conflict want to begin negotiations.
