Dems Defend Spending Millions for Sesame Street in Iraq

Democrats continue to defend wasting your tax dollars on pet projects like Sesame Street in Iraq.

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

Democrats are struggling to find their party identity. They have no discernible leader and they’ve decided the hill they’re willing to die on is USAID.

Now, you’d think even Democrats could read the room and the national mood well enough NOT to defend some of the more ridiculous USAID expenditures, but NOPE!

They are quadrupling down! In fact, Senator Chris Coons appeared on CNN just the other day and argued that, in fact, US taxpayers should be proud and happy to spend $20 million to fund Sesame Street programming in the Middle East.

Coons argued funding this kind of television teaches children in Iraq about values, public health, cooperation and peacefulness.

Now I hate to sound harsh, but…as long as American children are struggling academically and reading below grade level I couldn’t give a HOOT about funding cartoons for foreign and often hostile nations in hopes Big Bird will suddenly make them rethink that whole “death to America” worldview!

USAID doesn’t just need reform, it needs a RECKONING!
