The whole concept of “sanctuary city status” seems rather illegal. Why should select cities or even entire states be allowed to provide haven and refuge for CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS?
Well AG Pam Bondi is on the case. She announced an order to the DOJ to pause ALL federal funding for sanctuary cities.
This could mean a big money loss for states like New York and California whose leaders routinely boast about their sanctuary policies.
Keep in mind, being a sanctuary city means local law enforcement is not allowed to cooperate with ICE.
This means that illegal aliens who have not only entered unlawfully but have committed even more criminal activity, get special coddling by these jurisdictions.
Well, under AG Bondi, if they want to play that stupid game, they’ll win stupid prizes and lose federal dollars!
