Host of the “Kennedy Saves The World” podcast Kennedy joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her response to MSNBC host Joy Reid’s assertion that the “billionaire right” wants to “drive out” non-White people from the state of California in order to make it an “apartheid” state following the devastating wildfires in the Los Angeles area.
“This disgusting, irrational, immature, unprofessional, race baiting class war hack analysis, it doesn’t rate, it doesn’t stand. It’s incredibly offensive to the people who’ve lost their homes from billionaires to, in my neighborhood, people in trailers. And, you know, I don’t know if you know this about trailers in California, but you can’t get alone. These were people who didn’t have mortgages. These are people that, you know, they essentially paid cash for something that would fit on a piece of property where they had a great view and everything they had is gone. If they had millions of dollars, they would probably be living in homes that were fixed to the ground. They did not. They were an incredibly unique, very close community. And they have lost everything. And, you know, for people who come up with these conspiracy theories like, you know, somehow this was planned and there is a silver lining. There is no silver lining right now.”
Kennedy and Jimmy also discuss Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass’ lack of leadership in this critical moment. Listen to the podcast to hear what else they talked about!
