Zuckerberg Promises to FREE Meta

Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg is making big promises to free speech, again, and while I’m cautiously optimistic I’m also very skeptical.

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

This week Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg announced some changes to Meta protocols designed to make its various platforms more fair, more free, and more open to conservative content.

Among those changes is a vow to end the third party “fact-checking” and replace it with a community notes function more akin to what X uses.

Meta has also vowed to increase exposure to political speech for users who want it AND allow for more open discussion of hot button topics such as immigration and gender identity.

This is great and all, but I’ll believe it when I see it, or more accurately, I’ll believe it when my content is no longer censored, shadow banned, or erased from Meta platforms.

Also, it’s beyond time for Google and YouTube to at least FEIGN respect for free speech and expression. If X and Meta can do it, Google and YouTube should be pushed to get on board.

I won’t hold my breath.
