Suspected Terror Attack On Bourbon Street

A shocking attack took place on New Year’s Eve in New Orleans, Louisiana, as a terror suspect plowed his car through the crowd celebrating on Bourbon Street, leaving 10 confirmed dead and dozens injured. As authorities investigate the attack, questions are being raised about the ability to defend the public against attacks and what prevention measures could be taken.
