Homeless Crisis Explodes in America
Homelessness rose 18% in the US this year and something tells me adding millions of illegal immigrants into the mix didn’t help!
I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.
Despite state and local governments dumping huge sums into the homeless industrial complex, homelessness actually ROSE 18% in the US this year.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development might cite a shortage of housing, inflation, natural disasters, and slow wage growth as contributing factors but the feds are ignoring the elephant in the room.
When you import millions of illegal immigrants into a country they’ve gotta have somewhere to go and somewhere to live. There’s no doubt the great illegal immigration invasion has contributed to this already growing problem.
Throwing more money at it doesn’t work, either.
Just look at California. That state is home- no pun intended- to the largest homeless population in the country and though taxpayers have dropped billions on it, the state has little to show for it.
In fact, a state audit couldn’t even account for what $24 billion dollars in homeless initiatives have done to improve matters.
The nation should look to California and do the exact opposite!
