Nevada Women’s Volleyball FORFEITS over Trans SJSU Player

Nevada volleyball players will forfeit an upcoming game over a rival school’s transgender competitor.

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

After holding a team vote, the Nevada women’s volleyball team will forfeit their upcoming game against San Jose State over transgender player participation.

In an exclusive statement to Outkick, the University of Nevada Reno women’s volleyball team said they “stand united in solidarity with the volleyball teams of Southern Utah University, Boise State University, the University of Wyoming, and Utah State University,” and that they

“demand that (their) right to safety and fair competition on the court be upheld,” and that they “refuse to participate in any match that advances injustice against female athletes.”

This marks a turning point in the fight to save women’s sports!

We knew it had to start with the athletes themselves and finally, the tide seems to be changing!
