RNC co-chair Lara Trump joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on the lack of media appearances by Minnesota Democratic Governor Tim Walz ahead of his showdown with Ohio Republican Senator JD Vance in Tuesday’s vice presidential debate.
“I mean, the truth is, if the one running for president can’t be out there in public, then it probably looks bad to have the number two out there doing more. And maybe they don’t know what they’re going to get out of Tim Walz. He’s been a bit of an anomaly and an unknown to a lot of people thus far. Listen, I think you’re right. Look at J.D. Vance. He’s been able to handle everything thrown his way and man, have they thrown some things his way. And I think the truth is, Tim Walz is going to have a hard time answering for what we’re just talking about. Why Kamala Harris hasn’t been able to achieve anything in the nearly four years she’s been vice president. You know, what does she have to show for herself and how are they going to tackle these issues. If he comes out with anything that talks about optimism, people’s lawns or anything holistic, I think it’s all done. We could just wrap it up tomorrow. It’s all said and done. Because that’s the problem he’s going to have is Kamala Harris talks in circles because she doesn’t have real answers. How is Tim Walz going to answer for any of the things that Kamala has been asked and can’t answer for. And then his own radical policies which a lot of folks in Minnesota don’t like in a lot of the kind of crazy things that he’s represented during his tenure as governor.”
Lara and Jimmy also discuss former President Trump’s trip down to Georgia to survey the damage caused by Hurricane Helene. To hear what else they talked about, listen to the podcast!
