Molly Fletcher, renowned sports super-agent & motivational speaker joined Brian Kilmeade to talk about her new book “DYNAMIC DRIVE: The Purpose-Fueled Formula for Sustainable Success.” Molly shared her journey from walk-on tennis player, to answering the phones at Super Bowl 28 to becoming a sports agent. Molly explained how the drive of sports athletes to become better every day works for everyone helping unlock the best versions of ourselves. Molly also discussed the controversy around Caitlin Clark. Molly feels that part of the problem is the players in the WNBA not embracing Clark’s arrival. Molly wished the players would have put their arms around Clark and welcomed her into the league because the most important thing is making the game of basketball better together. On the impact of NIL in college sports, Molly believes it has changed college sports tremendously and turned it into a minor league system. Molly worries about handing an 18-year-old kid a million dollars and how that affects their drive to get to the next level.
