Country music star John Rich joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to talk about his recent performance at ‘Flagstock’ at UNC Chapel Hill with Lee Greenwood and other artists.
“It was unbelievable, to be honest. It was. All these college students showed up, American flags. They had, of course, Israeli flags with them too, because part of that situation that happened at University, North Carolina, was they were running Jewish students off campus. They were assaulting Jewish students. So it was a big crew of of all those people. And we actually had a military flyover. I mean, the people in North Carolina said, hey, we’ll do a military flyover. We said, well, come on and do it. Another guy said, I’ll do a free firework show. It wound up being big and rich. Five for fighting Lee Greenwood. Aaron Lewis I mean, all these people showed up to play for free. And honestly, man, it was the most positive experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m glad we did it. I think we may start doing them every year. I think. I think this could actually be a really big show. Flagstock could be a big thing.”
Jimmy and John also discuss the state of the 2024 race and John weighs in on Vice Presidential nominee Tim Walz’s behavior at campaign rallies.
