“If Harris, is overconfident, I thin, David Axelrod a week or two ago called what’s going on in the campaign right now in the polls ‘a little bit of irrational over exuberance.’ Well, if that’s the case, then they can get caught napping at the same time, when the campaign really does (get going).”
