Florida Republican Congressman Byron Donalds joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to give his take on the mainstream media’s glowing coverage of Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign.
“Basically, they put the knife in Joe Biden’s back, what, 24 days ago or something like that. And ever since then, she has been walking around as if she’s an actress in Hollywood. As if, like, she’s preparing for this new blockbuster film coming out. That’s the way the media is covering her. Like, you know, when you have those summer blockbusters and then all the anticipation, all the covering of it and whatnot, they show people getting excited. They want to go see the new movie, and then the movie comes out and it’s Waterworld by Kevin Costner. It’s a huge flop. Like, that’s what this is. This is the build up for a movie career, premiere, not a presidential campaign. And so, you know, what’s most dishonest about it all is that Kamala Harris is incredibly liberal. Very radical. But she doesn’t answer anybody’s questions. Look for the people who are saying democracy is on the line. Do you know, the most undemocratic thing is to have somebody run for president of the United States, and she is protected by the party and the media, and the people have no real idea what she wants to do. That’s a threat to democracy. That’s a that’s what we’re seeing.”
