Biden/Harris Travel Agency on Pause

DHS halted what amounts to an illegal immigrant airline travel agency after massive fraud was uncovered!

Remember that Biden/Harris workaround program that *allowed migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to fly directly into the US?

The program that was NEVER authorized by Congress. The program that ushered in nearly half a million since October 2022.

Well, due to massive fraud, it’s been put on pause. 

A DHS review found that tens of thousands of those applications submitted by special migrants may have contained fraudulent info!

Fraudulent examples include bogus or unverifiable “sponsors”- many with the same addresses used for multiple migrants. Also fake social security numbers and zip codes. 

DHS has decided to freeze the program- for now. 

But note, DHS doesn’t want to scrap the program, altogether. Oh, no. 

They want to ramp it back up, but next time with better measures to safeguard against the fraud!

The damage has been done but the best we get from DHS is that they’ll try to do better next time?
