Arizona Republican Congressman Andy Biggs joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to hone in on the failures of the Secret Service following the assassination attempt against former President Trump on Saturday in Pennsylvania, specifically how Director of the Secret Service Kim Cheatle fell short in her duty to protect him.
“What she would have had to do is not have so many DEI hires. I mean, that’s what it’s all about, brother. It’s all about DEI hires, ESG garbage, all of that stuff. It’s not about quality. It’s not about merit. It’s not about whether you’re fit for the job. Did you see his Secret Service team last night? If you saw that, it’s a bunch of guys that are about 6’4″. Yeah. I’m, you know, and that makes sense. I looked at some of her interviews, and all she focused about was never about the mission. It was always about we got to get more women. We got to get more DEI focused, all of that stuff. How about getting people who are competent, skilled, and can perform the mission? How about that?“
The pair talk more about President Biden’s campaign, the assassination attempt against Trump and the recent conviction of New Jersey Democratic Senator Bob Menendez. Listen to the entire podcast to hear everything they discussed!
