Speaker of the House Mike Johnson joined Brian Kilmeade and discussed his concerns about his conversation with Alejandro Mayorkas shortly after the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Johnson was very concerned about Mayorkas not having answers to his questions, including, “where were the drones?” Johnson is working with other House republicans on compiling a longer list of serious questions that must be answered immediately. Johnson also said there is an Oversight hearing scheduled for next Monday with the Director of the Secret Service Kimberly Cheatle, explaining, “She’s got a lot to answer for.” Johnson also weighed in on the breaking news of Judge Eileen Cannon dismissing the classified documents case against Donald Trump because the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith was unconstitutional. Speaker Johnson, who is a former constitutional law litigator, said this is the right result and believes the documents case was part of the Democrats law fare and thinks it has backfired.
