25th Amendment Time?

Texas Rep Chip Roy demands VP Kamala Harris invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Joe Biden!

Texas Congressman Chip Roy introduced legislation that urges VP Kamala Harris to bring together cabinet executives and jointly declare President Biden unfit and subject to removal via the 25th Amendment. 

Rep Roy’s resolution cites that Joe “has repeatedly and publicly demonstrated his inability to discharge the powers and duties of the Presidency, including, among others, the powers and duties of the Commander-in-Chief.”

President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline is certainly a national security risk and if there were ever a time to invoke the 25th amendment, it’d be in the case of Joe BUT handing over the controls to VP Kamala Harris may be even more risky! 

Let us never forget that ousting Joe before his term is up would leave us with Kamala at the helm, a thought that causes bipartisan anxiety, no doubt!

She’s not cognitively failing, but she may be worse!
