Kurtz on Deniro’s Chaotic Biden Campaign Conference: “Colossal” Mistake
President Biden’s campaign, after more than a year of avoiding direct comments about Donald J. Trump’s legal problems, on Tuesday dispatched the actor Robert De Niro to the Manhattan courthouse where the former president’s first criminal trial is wrapping up. The actor was joined by the Biden campaign’s communications director, Michael Tyler, who called Trump a “chaos agent”. Deniro then clashed with Protestors.
