Hemingway had this to say on why the selection of NY for Trump’s trial could spell disaster for the future of politics:

“The whole reason they chose New York to do this and a New York jury was to secure a quick and easy conviction, and I still worry about that, because I think for a lot of the people on the jury, it’s not so much about whether there was a law that was broken or how you know what they think. About the evidence fitting this case. I think it’s mostly going to be a referendum on how they feel about Trump, and I don’t think they realize how serious the consequences will be if they if they do find him guilty.”
