Hume had this to say on Biden withholding funding for Israel:

“So we can see that things have indeed changed with Joe Biden, and not just on Israel… he wasn’t always coherent back then, but he’s incoherent in a different way now. I mean, now it’s a case of, you know, he can’t remember words, he can’t remember facts, he misstates them and so on. His senility is painfully obvious.
