Rep. James Comer on the Hur Tapes: “We Cannot Find Any Legal Basis… For Them to Object to Our Request”

Rep. James Comer, member of the House of Representatives from Kentucky and Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, joined the Guy Benson Show today to discuss the latest from the Biden impeachment probe on the hill. Rep. Comer had this to say on the failure to turn over the Hur tapes:

“They’re obstructing… We shouldn’t be met with all of the obstructions that we are met with by this administration… we expect them to turn them over… We cannot find any legal basis anywhere for them to object to our request.”
