Ohio Republican Congressman and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why it’s ludicrous for President Biden to repeatedly insist he does not have the authority to take immediate action on securing the U.S. Southern border.

“The Democrats are going to continue to say, oh, if Republicans will help us. But it’s like, everyone knows on day one what he did when he rescinded the three kind of executive orders and policies that President Trump had in place and what that led to, and just the seriousness, the magnitude of this problem is like, we’re on pace to get to 12 million. I told a group the other day, I was back in Ohio campaigning yesterday with our Senate candidate Bernie Moreno, and I said, you know, 12 million. That’s the entire population of Ohio, we’re the seventh largest state. That’s how serious this problem is. So I don’t think that flies. I assume he’ll try something like that Thursday night. But again, if you remember the last State of the Union, you know, we’ve talked about this before. The highlight of the evening was the actually the response from Sarah Huckabee Sanders when she said, the divide in America today is normal versus crazy. And then she talked about all the crazy things the Left does and the Left that, you know, now controls the Democrat Party. So again, I think that will come through in spite of what he may say and what the Democrats may say afterwards.”

Jimmy and Rep. Jordan also trade stories about the mostly positive reactions they’ve gotten when being recognized in public. Listen to the podcast to hear what else they had to say!
