A wave of alarming news came out of Russia this past week. On Friday, we learned of the death of Kremlin opposition leader Alexei Navalny at a Russian prison colony. And just days before that, a cryptic warning about an emerging Russian space-based threat from the House Intelligence Committee chairman sparked major concern in Washington and across the country. Retired Army Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg joins to discuss how he believes the West should respond to these alarming developments, and how they could impact the debate over Ukraine funding and America’s commitment to the NATO alliance.

Earlier this week, the House narrowly voted 214 to 213 to impeach Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, highlighting the GOP’s continued efforts to hold the Biden administration responsible for the growing crisis at the southern border. This historic event marks the first time in nearly 150 years a cabinet secretary has been impeached. However, it is expected Mayorkas will acquitted by the Senate as many Democrats argue that the GOP’s actions are nothing more than a political stunt.
