Evening Edition: Two Israeli Hostages Rescued In Daring Raid
Israeli forces rescued two hostages in the early hours of Monday in the Gaza city of Rafah. It was a joint operation of the Israel Defense Forces, Israeli Securities Authority and Israeli police who stormed a heavily guarded apartment complex to find the hostages. The two men brought back to freedom were identified as Louis Har, 70, and Fernando Simon Marman, 60, who were both from a community called Nir Yitzhak.
FOX’s Gurnal Scott speaks with Bryan Stern, founder of ‘Project DYNAMO’, who says the successful rescue was an extremely positive development and he explains what it means for any other attempts at rescuing those still captive.
