President Biden has come under new scrutiny after Special Counsel Robert Hur released his report on POTUS’ mishandling of classified documents. While the special counsel will not issue any criminal charges, the report revealed that the President seemed confused and forgetful during questioning and described him as an “elderly man with a poor memory.” President Biden’s attorneys have disputed these descriptions, requesting that Special Counsel Hur amend the characterization of the President.
