Host of the “Jason In The House” podcast Jason Chaffetz joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his reaction to Special Counsel Robert Hur’s findings in his report on President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents.

“Like he said, he’s going to be sympathetic in front of a jury. And all people are going to think he’s a nice old guy. There’s no case to be made that justice actually prevails. Now, you could say, hey, we wanted to charge him, but he couldn’t because he’s the president right now. That would have made sense. But here’s the other point I want to make real quick. This is all on Attorney General Garland. Who do we believe? Do we believe Joe Biden? Hey, I’m sprite, my mind is full and clear. Well, then if that’s true, Mr. Attorney General, then you do have to prosecute them, because your special counsel over here is saying, you know, he’s really not that cognitively capable of making decisions. So, Mr. Attorney General, which do you believe, the president or your special prosecutor? Because you can’t believe both.”

Jason also tells Jimmy about an uncomfortable experience he once had with then-Vice President Biden during an important meeting. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
