First, it was a primary in Nevada and now there is a caucus in the state where Donald Trump and Nikki Haley are battling for support. But neither candidate was in both political contests because rules in the state only allow you to enter one or the other. So, why two contests and how important is either for the remaining two big name GOP candidates?
