Evening Edition: Migrant Suspects In NYPD Attack Arrested, One Indicted

Three men have been tracked down and arrested in Arizona in connection with the violent beating of New York City police officers in Times Square. Also, on Tuesday, a grand jury indicted one of the suspects in the attack. Meanwhile, in comments not made before in other controversial criminal cases, Governor Hochel seems to have made a swipe at NYC DA Alvin Bragg for letting the suspects go without bail.

FOX’s John Saucier speaks with Paul Mauro, attorney, former NYPD inspector and co-founder of ‘Ops Desk’, who says the suspects escape could have been avoided and it all reeks of politics.
