“Jay-Z said it best. We don’t believe you. You need more people. We all know that you are lying because we have been talking about this for the past three and a half years. We’ve been talking about Mayorkas. We’ve been talking about borders czar Kamala Harris doing nothing at the border. You are correct. This is not the House of Representatives’ fault. This is not the Senate’s fault. This is the fault of Joe Biden on day one overturning some policy that kept Americans safe with the stroke of a pen. He can fix that with the stroke of a pen, if he chooses to do the right thing by the American people and defend us at the federal level. And if you don’t, as you see in Texas, we will defend ourselves.”
