Glue Trap Prohibition

California Democrat Congressman Ted Lieu has introduced a bill to ban rodent glue traps.

Leave it to a California Democrat Congressman to put forward perhaps one of the most useless pieces of legislation I’ve heard in a while, the Glue Trap Prohibition Act.

Yes, this is what it sounds like. Put forward by Democrat Congressman Ted Lieu, this bill seeks to place a national ban on the use AND possession of glue traps designed to catch rodents.

Lieu and PETA agree that these traps are inhumane and therefore must be banned. You’ll also be completely unsurprised to learn that Adam Schiff is an original cosponsor of this bill.

So, I’m an animal lover and I don’t necessarily like the idea of glue traps either, but good Lord, THIS is the priority?

Of all the problems in America and specifically in their home state of California, the glue trap prohibition is what you’re bringing to the forefront?

I guess it makes sense DemocRATS don’t like rodent traps! Right on brand!
