The war in Ukraine has entered its third calendar year, and Russia continues to intensify its attacks. Last week, the largest aerial assault since the invasion began resulted in dozens of Ukrainian civilians’ deaths. President Biden is urging Congress to pass a $110 billion aid package that includes funding for Ukraine, Israel, and border security. However, the bill is currently stalled on Capitol Hill.
