Last week, the largest aerial assault since the invasion began resulted in dozens of Ukrainian civilians’ deaths. President Biden is urging Congress to pass a $110 billion aid package that includes funding for Ukraine, Israel, and border security. However, the bill is currently stalled on Capitol Hill.
