Evening Edition: Fewer Donating During The Holidays

While holiday donations have slightly risen since last year the number of people donating what they can has gone down. ‘GivingTuesday’ tells FOX News donations were up twenty million dollars but the number of donors is down which they call a warning sign for future years. The Salvation Army has turned to pushing donors to use apps like Venmo and Apple Pay for an easier way to donate.

FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Madison Alworth, FOX Business Network national correspondent, who spoke with the Salvation Army today about their concerns and offers some reasons on why Americans feel less generous this holiday season.
